RHRN-II program is in 10 countries including Uganda running for five years. The RHRN-II
program wants people aged 15-24 in all diversities to enjoy their sexual reproductive health
and rights (SRHR) in gender-just societies. Prejudice and discrimination are major barriers to
accessing and utilizing sexual and reproductive services for that age group in Uganda,
particularly those living in rural areas, living with HIV (YPLWHA), with disabilities. Thus, this
project aims to address these issues affecting young people that are seen as contentious
such as; Comprehensive Sexuality Education, safe abortion, access to family planning
services and protection of the rights of marginalized groups. The RHRN – II project is
implemented in six (6) districts of Uganda which are Kampala, Kasese, Kabarole, Kapchorwa,
Kween, and Mbale by seven (7) partners RHU being the country lead and;
